Hello There…

I’m so glad you came to visit!

I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Bridget, what else is there to know?

Ok, ok… I am the creator of Percel’s Strong Life. What does that even mean? It can mean a lot of different things to different people. To me, it means to become stronger in every aspect of life. Notice that I didn’t say “perfect” because let’s face it, no one is perfect. Not even if you stay up all night and try to get all the things done and learn all there is to learn. There is no way to be perfect, but there is a way to be strong. We can always get stronger in an aspect of our life. Which in turn helps us live a better life – a happier, healthier and more meaningful life. I’m all about that!

Now I want to throw out a disclaimer, I don’t know everything. There I said it. Shew… Doesn’t it make you feel better when you just throw out the truth no matter how unflattering it is? I know it does me.

But I am on a journey to become a Stronger Version of Myself. I want to become stronger physically and more capable, stronger spiritually with my relationship with Jesus, and stronger emotionally/mentally as I face obstacles in the everyday world. Being stronger is so attractive to me because I want to grow and change for the better. I don’t want to stay stagnant and start to smell like the stuff in your fridge that you forget you bought and then grimace when you try to remember when you bought it.

Speaking of food, I think I’m a bit hungry. Hold on for a moment while I heat something up… … …

Okay, I’m back. Good news, I didn’t find anything spoiled.

So where were we? Oh right, becoming stronger for the better. Better for Yourself. Who doesn’t like the sound of that?

So how can I help? Am I some expert of some sort? Well, I am a certified human being with 3 decades of life under my belt. Somehow I have manged to stay alive for a little bit. That probably means nothing to you. But more seriously, I am a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, lover of Jesus and his Word, happily married and mother of a toddler. You might say that I train daily. I train my body physically with workouts and walks and stretching. I train in the spiritual life by digging into God’s Word and spending time with Jesus. I train in the mental and emotional realm by having and growing my relationships, be it with my family and friends or with people I come into contact with on a daily basis.

Everyday poses challenges that help to strengthen me. It may not be fun all the time, but it all has a purpose. And I want to help you as well.

So what do you want to strengthen in your life? Maybe it’s a long list or maybe it’s short. You get to decide. I’ll be right here along the way cheering you on, uplifting and encouraging you to be a Stronger You.
